www.CallTeam.co.uk is an Intelligent Call Handling service ensuring business owners or those that work from home don’t lose important calls.  Call Team enables you to have your calls answered by a team of professional and friendly VAs when you are either out of the office, in meetings or generally trying to concentrate on getting work done without interruptions. 

Our team of experienced Virtual Assistant professionals, work together to provide a very high standard of call answering for our clients.  Our team of Virtual Assistants have experience up to PA level, and will add value to your business. 

How does it work? 

The system used is a VOIP PBX and each client is issued with their own unique telephone number to divert to.  The client’s name then pops up on our screen when calls are received and callers are greeted by our team of experienced handlers in your company name.  All necessary details are taken and your messages are relayed to you instantly via email and/or SMS.  The telephone number can also be advertised and Call Team will answer all calls, and be the first port of call for your customers. 

You provide us with some basic profile information on your company, and when your client’s ring your number they are greeted by our team of experienced call handlers, who answer the phone in your company name.  Your caller will be informed that you are not available and they will be asked to leave a message.  All the necessary details are taken and your message is relayed to you instantly via email and/or SMS.

The cost for this service is only £20.00 per month and includes 5 free calls, with additional calls being charged at just £1.00 each or £1.20 if you receive an SMS.
